A 20-year veteran of the Southington Pediatric Associates team, Nurse Jennifer helps families through difficult moments and loves celebrating their successes in health. 

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Jennifer Passarelli began her nursing career at the Hospital of Central Connecticut as a staff nurse, where she spent 11 years in maternity looking after newborn babies and their moms. From there she went on to work with medically complex children through VNA services before joining the Southington Pediatric Associates family two decades ago. She now has the immense privilege of meeting a second generation of patients through the practice. 

Here are a few things you might not know about Nurse Jennifer:

• Summertime in Cape Cod is one of her favorite places

• When she travels, she loves collecting rocks for her garden

• Her favorite children’s book is Where the Sidewalk Ends by Shel Silverstein

• When she was 13, she fractured her ankle and tibia doing aerial gymnastics and had two surgeries to pin it all back together

Jennifer and her husband Tom live in Southington with their two cats. They also have two grown-up children.
